Hi dear, don't worry; it is completely normal for Nun Orchid bulbs to show zero signs of top growth after only 15 days.
Terrestrial orchids are notoriously slow starters. During the first few weeks, the plant focuses all its energy entirely underneath the surface on establishing a foundational root system before pushing up any visible leaves. It typically takes 2 to 4 months to see the first visible green shoots emerge from the base of the bulbs.
One star less because the company didn't give any guidelines on how to pot them.
