Hi dear, it is completely normal for newly purchased Cymbidium bulbs to look dry and shrivelled. They are completely fine and ready to thrive. Ensure the dry bulb is firm and not mushy.
You can plant the bulbs in a well-draining, chunky orchid medium (like fine fir bark, perlite, or coconut husk chips).
Plantation Guide:
1. Bury the bulb only about one-third to one-half deep; leave the top half exposed to air to prevent it from rotting.
2. Keep them warm, humid, and shaded until new growth appears.
3. Keep moisture low. Do not keep the bulb constantly wet, or it will rot.

At first order, the bulb was very good but on second purchase I got rotten bulbs, it was such a loss on my side. And it would be good if you guys pack according to specific colours so that the costumer can avoid purchasing the same colours over and over again because Sometimes we may get the same colours on every purchase. It would be waste of money
I have received 13 bulbs, and there was another order of 13 bulbs from me but I didn't receive it, till now. I shall purchase flowering plants later.

It was good …. But it would be better if one can provide its flowering colours the customer may know what they wanting to see when its time for blooming

Hi, A Cymbidium orchid bulb typically takes 3 to 6 months to sprout new growth. Keep the bulb in a fairly shady, warm, and humid spot. Keep moisture low. Do not keep the bulb constantly wet, or it will rot.
